Technical support
Dash Optimization offer an Annual System
Support Contract (ASSC) which provides comprehensive support services
and software updates. It enables customers to use Xpress-MP to maximum
effect, to get the best possible performance, and keeps them up-to-date
with the latest software and optimization technology.
ASSC includes:
- access to optimization software experts to solve reported problems
- service level targets
- access to Client Area on website
- enhancements and software updates
- license upgrade and transfer rights
- new versions of Xpress-MP as they are released
- availability of Xpress-MP on new hardware and operating systems
- discount (20%) on public Xpress-MP training courses run by Dash
Support contracts may be purchased in 12 or 24 month durations.
Please note that ASSC covers help and advice
with using Xpress-MP but does not cover training
or expert consultancy for model building or application development.
Support is available by sending a fax
or e-mail enquiry directly to Dash. Or by telephone
from Dash Optimization in the UK (GMT office hours) or in the US
(EST office hours), or from your local distributors.

renew your support contract direct with Dash please complete the
support renewal form, or contact your distributor.
Student/Academic support
Students are reminded that to obtain front line support directly from
Dash, their department must be an active member of the Academic Partner
Programme and hold a current ASSC. Support will only be provided to the
named contact for the ASSC.
For students without access to the APP privileges
and anyone who wants to ask a question about Xpress-MP, we hope the Xpress-MP Google Group below
will provide a useful knowledge base and point of contact with
other users.
Dash developers will moderate the group and provide answers themselves
where appropriate.
